Like many old churches St Peter's in Adderley has a Parish Chest. At one time this would have been used to store documents of value though not in modern times.

A cold, wet and windy Thursday didn't prevent the work to install the Adderley Heritage Trail signs from going ahead.
The first Heritage Trail Sign was put in place on Wednesday 24th April. Neil and Jamie from Amco Giffen, on behalf of National Highways and Heritage Railways, came and fixed the sign donated by National Highways to the bridge in Station Road.
