A cold, wet and windy Thursday didn’t prevent the work to install the Adderley Heritage Trail signs from going ahead. Josh Bloor from AJB Contracting made a bright and early start and with impromptu labourers Val and Paul he made great progress. By early afternoon the last of the signs went in next to Raven House and the trail was done.
Saturday sees the official launch and it’s all hands on deck to make it a memorable occasion for past residents of Adderley Village. Of course non of this would be possible without the small, committed band of volunteers and the willing helpers roped in to provide refreshments.
