Do you have a story you can share with us?

Add a Story to the Collection

An important part of our project is to capture the stories and reminiscences of people who live here.  Volunteers who have been trained in taking oral histories, will capture these and the voices of the generations will be captured and held for all to enjoy on the website.

Using money raised by National Lottery players, The National Lottery Heritage Fund supports projects that connect people and communities with the UK’s heritage. Adderley Heritage Project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to: create a heritage trail for use by all, save a collection of documents about Adderley’s history which would otherwise have been lost and begin a collection of oral histories that bring the heritage of Adderley to life.”

All the project’s digital resources, including any materials are share under CC BY 4.0.
